Ingredients

30 ml Cherry Brandy

10 ml sugar syrup

10 ml lemon juice

100 ml sparkling wine

30 ml sparkling water

Process

Pour the ingredients in order, add ice cubes and gently mix.

Serve in: wine glass

Decorate with: cherry, mint leaves
