Introducing a limited-edition gin, characterized by a hint of rose undertones in both aroma and flavor.

When crafting our drink recipes, we strive to use plants cultivated in the manor’s garden beds or in a small herb farm nestled 20 kilometers from the distillery, surrounded by forests. This ensures a level of quality that no raw material supplier could guarantee.

In the Rose Gin version, the leading note is played by rose geranium. This fragrant type of pelargonium is likely the most aromatic plant found in Lithuanian cottage gardens, often adorning windowsills where a cat might rest.

It took us quite an effort with the rose geranium itself, as it took two years to grow the required quantity. In this drink, the classic juniper and coriander aromas are complemented by rose geranium, along with yarrow from the fields and a hint of clove in the aftertaste.

Gin & Sonic

Gin Geronimo Rose 40 ml.

Tonic 100 ml.

Soda water 50 ml.

Garnish: grapefruit peel, rose petals

Rose & Salt

Gin Geronimo Rose 40 ml.

Grapefruite soda 200 ml.

Garnish: rim glass from outside side with rose salt.

Rose & Saffron

Gin Geronimo Rose 40 ml.

Saffron syrup 25 ml.

Lime juice 25 ml.
